Black and Red Painted Dresser Makeover

On Wednesday I showed you the wooden knobs I created for my dresser makeover. And now for my dresser reveal. Coming from the very chic, Salvation Army, where it was perched between bed posts and shelves, comes my new sofa table. It was originally painted white with a laminate top. It did come with the two bottom drawers, but those were taken out and baskets inserted to hold workout equipment. A piece of plywood was cut and inserted where the drawers originally were. The entire piece was painted black then taped off to add bright red stripes. Black paint was then mixed with glaze to create the somewhat muted red.
If you like the wooden knobs, you can find the tutorial for them here. Have a great weekend and Thanksgiving.
